• Check the tightness of all components;

2. During Startup

First, turn on the cooling water. Then press the start button to ensure the motor starts clockwise simultaneously with the oil pump.

3. Pressure and Stroke Adjustment

• The oil pressure (and thus the mud pressure) can be adjusted by regulating the relief valve. After setting the relief valve to the desired pressure, tighten the lock nut on it. There is no need to adjust the relief valve for subsequent startup or shutdown cycles.
• The stroke of the plunger can be adjusted by modifying the positions of the two cam wheels on the sliding frame.
